The State of our Media Union: Poor

I will be the first to admit that I don’t pay for news, I just don’t. It is everywhere and it is free. I can’t afford to pay for something I can get at no cost, same way I now feel about water, don’t pay for it anymore, cant afford to. The new age of technology has created the new age of America. Today there is no unfiltered news and what people want to hear is things they agree with.

Carnies and hamhocks and pig races, oh my! Ventura County Fair ’09

I mean for a family of four the day must cost at least 100 dollars when you could just as easily have spent twenty bucks on a few movies for the kids, gotten a bottle of liquor for the parents, and then just played together drunk in the yard and no one would have been any worse for the wear. But I guess the fair only comes once a year and where else can you get ‘funnel cake like that!’
